McCoy Art Pottery - Vintage Yellow Round Planter - 7.875" Round

McCoy Art Pottery has always been one of my favorite collectibles, and it is pieces like this that define my obsession. They manage to create something that is at once simple and completely memorable with this gorgeous vintage planter!

I love this piece because it is so versatile. Measuring 7.875 inches across, it is the perfect size to be either a planter or a large bowl. The pottery is embellished with a buttery yellow glaze that gives it a cheery air.

Its round base supports a rounded shape that grows increasing wider as you move towards the top. The exterior is fixed with understated ridges that run horizontally around the length of the bowl. McCoy is etched on the bottom to complete the collectible charm.

This piece is in good condition, with a few age cracks that augment the antique flavor of which makes the planter stand out. With it on display, compliments will never run dry!
