With one look at this vintage storage crate, you will realize that it has essentially everything you could want in a vintage collectible. Equal parts conversation piece and understated vintage collectible, this is the sort of thing that will become a permanent fixture in your collection.
The box has a rectangular shape and stands 14.125 inches tall. Made from thick wood slats, the surface has a gorgeous medium brown finish that just seems to exude antique character. Two handles are cut into the tops of the shorter sides and the interior features a divider that creates two sections to hold your goods.
The box features a lidded top that is simple - just a rectangular plank - but fits in with the minimalist design. Silver metal hinges keep the sides intact at each corner of the crate.
Already sound heavenly? There's more. Any beer collector will adore the stamped motif on the exterior. One side features "Anheuser Busch Inc. Property St. Louis, MO" in bold black lettering. Another panel bears the Budweiser Lager stamp in the traditional red and white coloring and vintage script. The final side displays a team of draft Clydesdale's, the emblematic symbol of Budweiser. The beer's label is stamped above in red.
This great find is in good condition for its age, despite some cracks, wood fading and some ink pen writing on lid that you can see in the photos. If you appreciate antique character, stop here! This is a collectible that will always be as exciting to you as the first day you added it to your collection!
