This awesome piece features a little brother and sister kneeling beside a fully decorated tree with gold garland wrapped from top to bottom. Red and blue bulb ornaments hang on the tree which has presents strewn all around it. An angel dressed in a snow white gown with blue trim on her sleeves and spread-out angelic wings is topping the tree completing the aura of Christmas.
The little girl is dressed in a white nightgown, her golden hair is tied back into two pig tails and she is cuddling in her arms her new doll, dressed in a purple dress with a matching hair bow and shoes. The magic of Christmas is written all over her face as she looks over at her brother. He is dressed in striped blue pajamas, his blond hair neatly combed, and of course he is bare footed. He is lovingly looking down at a small golden puppy, jumping out of a green box tied with red ribbon. If the true feeling of Christmas morn doesn't bring goose bumps to you, just turn on the music box and let "We Wish You a Merry Christmas" do the job.
Looking over this wonderful scene is Santa himself. His sparkling blue eyes are watching over the children. He is dressed in a red topped patchwork gown, featuring red poinsettias, and different sized triangles. The whole scene of Christmas Morn in inserted into the front of his patchwork gown, which lights up and rotates as the tune plays. Santa is standing on a pedestal of red with greenery surrounding it and finished with a base outlined in blue.
This piece is hand made of stone iron resin for the 2006 collection. It is entitled "Christmas Spirit Lives Within" and is licensed by ENESCO Group. Although this piece was previously owned there are no chips, cracks or damages. The music box works perfectly!
