This is Neon, a beautiful seahorse. He is a Ty Beanie Baby born April 1, 1999, introduced May 1, 1999 and retired Dec.23, 1999. He is made from shimmering pastel colors of pink, blue, green, yellow and peach. He has a cute curly tail which helps balance him upright, He is 7.5 inches tall.
