This is a vintage clear glass Hemingray - 9 Insulator that stands 3.625" tall. It has a smooth round top that flares out around the edges like a mushroom cap. It has a 2.25" wide base with rounded teeth on the edge of the base.
Around the bottom of the insulator it reads Hemingray - No 9 and on the opposite side it reads Patent May 2 1893.
The insulator is still very clear with very little discoloration.
